Can I install DIY Shelfworks custom pull-out shelves in my old cabinets?

Yes, our pull-outs can be built to fit any space, we have even done historical homes.

Why do you bottom mount instead of mounting to the sides of the cabinet?

Mounting to the bottom shelf offers a much stronger installation. Mounting to the sides also requires installing spacers to build out the cabinet and they are not aesthetically pleasing.

I found other DIY sites that sell for less. Why are your custom pull-out shelves more expensive?

We are the only Canadian DIY custom pull-out shelf company. With the US websites you still have duty and exchange to pay. Also our pull-outs include upgrades that would be considered add-ons if you purchased from the US. For example, our rails are full extension and will support up to 100 lbs and we even include the shelf bumpers and brackets.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes, our shelves are covered by a lifetime warranty on the Birch and a 2 year warranty on the melamine.

Where are your pull-out shelves built?

Our pull-out shelves are built in Ontario, Canada by Rydan Manufacturing.

How long has Rydan Manufacturing been in business?

Rydan Manufacturing is Canada’s only manufacturer of custom pull-outs and has been in business for 5 years. They build shelves for both Gliding Shelf Solutions and DIY Shelfworks.

How long does it take to get my order?

It takes approximately 2-3 weeks to receive your order within Canada. All shipping is done through Canada Post.

What if I measure wrong?

We understand that mistakes happen. You may return up to two pull-out shelves for a minimal charge and we will replace them. For more information please see our Refunds & Returns policies.

Do I have to have a PayPal account to order?

No, you do not need a PayPal account. Simply fill in the information required in our secure check-out to place your order.
