Refunds & Returns

If you make a measurement mistake don’t worry, it happens to the best of us.

  1. Call or e-mail us immediately with the correct information and to get a Return Authorization Number.
  2. Return up to 2 rolling shelves within 15 days
    of receiving it marked with the Return Authorization Number.
  3. We will build up to 2 new rolling shelves for $25.00 each upon receipt of the original shelves. To ensure the best possible product we always create a new rolling shelf instead of retrofitting the original.
  4. You will be responsible for all shipping costs, including the return of the original shelves.

 

Although we do our best to ensure every custom order is perfect, we’re only human. If we make a mistake on a size or missing parts

  1. Call or e-mail us immediately within 15 days of receiving it.
  2. We will get the correct pieces shipped out promptly along with a shipping label and Return Authorization Number to return any incorrect items postage paid.

If you’re not happy with the product and would like a refund

  1. Call or e-mail us immediately to get a Return Authorization Number.
  2. Send us the product back within 15 days of receiving it marked with the Return Authorization Number. You will be responsible for shipping costs.
  3. We will refund your purchase price minus a 20% restocking fee.

 

If you need to cancel an order for any reason.

  1. Call or e-mail us immediately to cancel your order.
  2. If you cancel before we have started production there will not be a cancellation fee.
  3. If your order is already in progress, a cancellation charge of up to 25% will be charged.
